Terms of service & refunds

The service
FLOWTIVA is software for answering and managing customer conversations. Features marked “Planned” or “Requires setup” are not included until they are available for your workspace.
Your responsibilities
- The information you approve for the assistant is accurate and yours to share.
- You follow the Acceptable Use policy and the laws that apply to your business.
- You confirm bookings yourself; the assistant only collects requests.
AI
AI replies are generated from the information you approve and can still be wrong. Review conversations regularly. FLOWTIVA does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
Payment and plans
There is no free trial. Plans are paid monthly or yearly (10 × the monthly price for 12 months) in advance by UPI (India; international customers get payment options on WhatsApp); your plan is activated manually after we confirm the payment. One-time service setup fees are paid before work starts. Services with a monthly fee can also be paid yearly (10 × the monthly fee) or as a one-time price (setup + 6 months, rounded); the one-time option runs on Meta / AI / hosting accounts that the client owns, whose usage bills the client pays directly, includes 30 days of support, and later fixes or updates are charged separately on request. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time by messaging us; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month and is not renewed. If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a paid month because of our fault, message us within 7 days and we will refund or credit the affected period.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
Changes
We will tell you in the app or by WhatsApp before material changes to these terms or your price.
