Each AI answer uses a paid AI service. More chats means more AI usage every month.

The server runs day and night, and the monthly fee covers fixes, updates, small changes and support.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Will the AI make things up about my business?
It is told to answer only from the FAQs and business profile you approve. If it can't find an answer, it says so, logs the question for you and offers to connect the customer with your team. AI can still make mistakes, so every reply is saved for you to review.
Does it work on WhatsApp and Instagram?
Yes — that is what we build for you. Website chat and auto booking work today. Connecting your WhatsApp Business number (Meta's official API) and Instagram DMs is set up on request and is our next phase; we only mark a channel as connected after it is set up and tested for your account.
Can customers book appointments without my staff?
Yes. The AI shows real free slots from your opening hours, the customer taps one and adds their name and number, and the booking is confirmed instantly with a booking ID. The database locks each slot, so two customers can never book the same last place. You can switch to 'request only' if you prefer to confirm yourself.
Is it safe for clinics?
Healthcare mode is administrative only: timings, location, appointment booking. Questions about symptoms, medicines or reports go straight to your staff, and emergencies are told to call 112. It never diagnoses or prescribes.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead of a time-limited trial, you can try the live demo on this site any time, and we show you a demo for your own business on WhatsApp before you pay. Plans are monthly with no lock-in, or yearly with 2 months free.
How do I pay?
Tap 'Subscribe via WhatsApp', pay by UPI (India; international customers get payment options on WhatsApp) and send the reference. Your plan is activated manually, usually the same day. We don't store card details.
What happens if I hit my plan limit?
Nothing breaks. When AI replies run out, the chat answers with your approved FAQ text and you get a notification. When conversations run out, new chats pause until you upgrade or the month resets.
Who can see my customers' data?
Only members of your workspace, according to their role. Database security rules keep each business's data separate. You can request an export or deletion from Settings.
