Do not use FLOWTIVA to:

• Send spam or messages to people who did not agree to hear from you.
• Collect passwords, card numbers, Aadhaar or other identity documents, or detailed health records in chat.
• Give medical diagnoses, prescriptions or emergency instructions through the assistant.
• Impersonate another business or person, or mislead customers about prices or availability.
• Break the law, including consumer protection, data protection and messaging rules.
• Attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service.

We may pause a workspace that breaks these rules and will tell the owner why.
