How to write FAQs your chat assistant can actually answer
A practical checklist for turning your real customer questions into short, approved answers.
Start from real questions
Open your WhatsApp and call log for the last two weeks and write down every question customers asked. Most businesses find 15 to 30 questions cover most enquiries.
One question, one answer
Write the question the way a customer would type it, and answer in two or three plain sentences. If a price changes often, say 'starts from' and keep it current.
Say what you do not do
Customers ask about things you do not offer. A clear 'No, we don't do home visits' saves a call.
Approve before it goes live
In FLOWTIVA, only approved items are used by the assistant. Staff can draft; an owner or admin approves.
Use the unanswered list
Every question the assistant could not answer is saved. Review it weekly and turn the common ones into FAQs.
